How long will it take to investigate my claim?

In order to ensure that each customer receives individual attention and to provide a reasonable time for each party to respond to our inquiry, we require approximately 30 days to resolve a complaint.

In some instances this investigation can take longer, depending on the number of parties involved or the complexity of the situation.
