Can I view the status of a transaction dispute?

Yes. The Resolution Centre is where you can track the progress of disputes, chargebacks, appeals and limited account access.

Here's how to check the status of a transaction dispute:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre at the bottom left of the page.
  3. Select Open Cases from the drop-down menu.
  4. The status of the transaction in question will be under the Status column.
  5. Click the case number to bring up the transaction details page that displays the status details of the dispute.
