I tried different passwords and still couldn’t log in to my PayPal account. What do I do now?
If you still can’t remember your password, we suggest that you wait a couple of hours first and then reset it following the steps below:
- Click Reset my password.
- Enter the email address that you registered in your PayPal account, and click Next.
- Select your preferred option to confirm your account ownership, and click Next.
- Follow the instructions on the page.
