Can I provide additional information or evidence to help resolve a dispute?

You can respond to a dispute and/or provide additional information to PayPal by fax or online message post.

To submit information by fax:

  1. Print and fill out the fax cover sheet we provide in the Resolution Centre. Submissions without it cannot be processed.
    1. Log in to your PayPal account.
    2. Click Resolution Centre.
    3. On the Claim Details page of the Resolution Centre, click Resolve Complaint.
    4. Select I will provide other evidence for this dispute by fax, file attachment or note.
    5. Click Continue
  2. Contact us by phone or email, and we will provide you with the specific department fax number. (Click Contact Us at the bottom of any PayPal page, then click Call us.)
  3. After you send your fax, we'll email you to confirm that we received your documents.

To submit information by online message post through the Resolution Centre:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Resolution Centre.
  3. On the Claim Details page of the Resolution Centre, click Resolve Complaint.
  4. Select I will provide other evidence for this dispute by fax, file attachment or note.
  5. Click Continue
  6. Fill in the subject box, providing brief, factual information in the note box.
