How can I cancel a Buyer Complaint?

You can cancel a Buyer Complaint from the Account Overview page.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre near the bottom left of the page.
  3. Select Open Cases in the dropdown box on the Resolution Centre cases page and locate your transaction.
  4. Click Cancel under the Action column for your transaction.
  5. On the Complaint Details page, click Cancel Complaint.
  6. On the Transaction Disputes page, indicate the reason for cancelling your complaint and click Cancel.
