Payment denied

The recipient may sometimes deny your payment. This often happens when they reach a  limit on their account.

We recommend that you contact the seller directly to find out:
- Why the transaction was denied
- If you should resend the payment

The funds from the original transaction will be refunded according to payment method:
- Credit card: refunded to your credit card
- PayPal balance/ Bank account (Instant Bank Transfer or eCheque): refunded to your PayPal account balance.
