How do I capture authorisations in Virtual Terminal?

If you complete an authorisation in Virtual Terminal, you must capture the funds to receive payment.

We recommend that you capture payments within three days of the original Authorisation.

Here's how to capture an Authorisation:

1. Go to your Activity page.
2. Find the transaction you want to capture and do one of the following:
   • In the Actions column, click Capture.
   • Click on the Name field of the transaction. The Transaction Details page will open, where you can click Capture.
