PayPal Invoicing lets you easily and quickly send professional, itemised invoices to your customers by email. Your customers simply click a link in the email to pay you instantly through PayPal, so you can get your money fast. 

How to get started

  1. Sign up for a PayPal Business Account.

  2. Verify your information.

  3. Set up Email Payments.

How to use PayPal Invoicing.

Step 1: Create an invoice by completing the online invoice form. Enter the sender and recipient information, including details such as quantities, unit prices, VAT and postage costs.


Step 2: Review the details of your invoice and click Send Invoice. PayPal sends an email to the buyer with the itemised invoice and a link to pay you via PayPal.


Step 3: Your customer gets the email invoice, and simply clicks the link in the email to make the payment on PayPal’s secure payment page. He doesn't need a PayPal account to pay you.


Step 4: Your customer is sent to PayPal, where he makes the payment. Funds are credited instantly to your PayPal account. You can then transfer your funds electronically.
