Here are answers to some of the questions you may have:

From 16 May 2020, the current withdrawal method will be discontinued. Simply link your local bank account to your PayPal account to continue to withdraw funds.
2. What type of bank account do I need to have in order to link to my PayPal account?
You can link any local bank accounts which accepts local currency.

4. Can I add a US bank and a local bank, and use one or the other to withdraw USD or local currency?
Yes, you can still add a US bank account and a local bank account. If you choose to withdraw funds to your US bank account, a standard withdrawal fee of 2.5% will be applied and the withdrawal currency will be in USD. If you choose to withdraw funds to your local bank account, the withdrawal currency will be AED; currency conversion and withdrawal fees may apply.
